MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF MANGANESE STEEL JAW PLATES RCI

manufactured Manganese Steel (Head field Steel) Jaw plates as per IS-276 Grade 1st and in special case for achieving high wear resistance. RCI is also manufacturing IS-276 Gr. III & Gr. IV. We also develop some special Mn. Steer Jaw plates with Moly and Tungston for very high wear resiatance for granite base hard material being crushed in southern part of India. RCI is maintaining Mn. 13% to 14% in Gr. I casting and the ratio of C:Mn. is always 1:10 to 1:12 which can acheive high abrasiveness, Ductility and 100% Austenitic Structure.

RCI has developd serrated (Teethed) Jaw plates with special design of Teeth which will give the final product in fine cubicle shape, which is recommended by the Govt. agencies like P.W.D. & National Highway authorities for the construction of Bridge & roads.

RCI has well equipped chemical, Destructive and Non-Destructive testing Laboratories for maintains optimum quality of castings.

MANUFACTURING OF CARBON STEEL CASTINGS

RCI manufacturing Carbon Steel castings as per IS-1030 Gr. I for Stone Crusher's Parts like Swing Jaw, Stationery Jaw, Front & Rear Toggles, Pitman and keeper plates as per customer's drawing and material specification.

The moulding process of Swing jaw are in Three part resin Moulding systems which will give the best surface finish and dimension accuracy. All this castings are supplied in annealing condition with our labrotary test certificate for both chemical physical properties along with heat treatment chart. The casting tested in ultrasonic flow detector for getting internal soundness of the castings.
