RCI 5 M.T. capacity Heat Treatment furnace with Automatic Fork Lift quenching facility for fast water quenching within 30 seconds without any major loss in temperature of the castings. RCI Heat Treatment furnace is having lining of Ceramic Fibre with recuperator exhaust system. The Heat Treatment cycle is recorded in Multipoint temperature recorder along with time temperature graph. In general we follows the following Heat Treatment cycle for Mn. Steel Jaw plates.

All the casting heated upto 600°C @ 50°C per hour and held for 3 hours in 600° then heated upto 1070C @ 80C to 100C per hour then immediately water quenched by the help of automatic fork lift in water tank capacity 30000 Ltrs. with water staring facilities.
